As a healthcare clinic we are still required to follow Health care  guidelines, as such we request that you adhere to our in-clinic policies to keep our staff and patients safe. We are no longer required to wear face masks as staff or patients, however, if you have any symptoms such as hayfever (runny nose/ cough) or a persistent cough we would appreciate it if you still wear a face mask.  If you are more comfortable still wearing a face mask then please do so. 

If you answer YES to questions 1-3, then please consider whether you feel you should reschedule your appointment. 

1. Do you have a new, persistent cough?
2. Do you have a runny nose or sore throat
3. Do you  have a fever (>37.8) or feel hot on the back and chest (if no thermometer)?

Important Clinic Procedures for your appointment


Please only come into the clinic alone- unless a parent, guardian or carer is required to be with you (under 16s need a parent).


Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. 


On arrival please use the hand sanitiser located just inside the entrance door.


Please complete the infection prevention questionnaire that was sent to you by e-mail 3 hours before your appointment. If you have not been able to complete this the practitioner will check the screening questions.


The benches and any equipment will be sanitised after every treatment. Door handles and other high contact areas of the clinic will be cleaned frequently.


Following your treatment, the practitioner will book a follow-up appointment and take payment- please pay by contactless card if possible.
